For nearly eight years, home has been the road. I've lived and worked with people from dozens of countries, watching how culture, environment and belief shape the way a human moves through the world.

My formal training is in Communication (B.A.) and Psychology, with certifications as a Life Coach and Personal Trainer. But most of what I bring to you was built off the syllabus — years spent studying behaviour change, wellbeing, nutrition and human performance on my own terms.

I've spent days in silent retreat at a monastery — no words, no distraction, just observation. I've studied Buddhist teachings, Stoic philosophy, Taoism, existentialism and the psychology of Frankl, Jung and Kahneman. I've competed in bodybuilding and learned discipline from the inside out. I've kept journals for more than fifteen years.

Everything I've studied points to the same conclusion: lasting change never comes from focusing on only one part of a person's life.

I've always been fascinated by what makes a human being truly thrive.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping people change not only their bodies, but the way they see themselves — and the lives they build around that new view.

Watching someone regain their confidence, find hope again, or reach something they once thought impossible is the most rewarding part of what I do. The gratitude I've received from the people I've worked with is what reminds me why this work matters.

I believe every person has far more potential than they realise. Sometimes all it takes is the right guidance, a new perspective, and someone who genuinely believes in them.
